CRYSTAL VIEW PROPERTIES of DESTIN Terms of Service
Thank you for choosing Crystal View for your Destin Vacation! We are looking forward to having you stay. Below is our rental agreement with a list of rules and guidelines for our unit.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT INFORMATION
We prefer check for all payments though we do take all major credit cards through PayPal. Unless otherwise discussed please make Security Deposit with check.
A security deposit is due with return of rental agreement. The deposit is not part of your Total Balance. After your stay and cleaning inspection we will send you a refund within 14 days of your departure.
The full payment (TOTAL DUE) is due 60 days before your arrival date.
Note: Sometimes we require a partial payment if you book more than 6 months in advance.
CRYSTAL VIEW UNIT RULES:
Check in: 3pm Check out: 10 a.m.
Keys: Our condo is an electronic lock. We will send you a code about a week before arrival.
PETS are not permitted under any conditions.
NO Smoking ($250/day cleaning fee)
NO underage drinking (violation will be immediate dismissal and no refund)
NO unaccompanied students or singles unless pre-approved under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
NO Parties. Our complex is very family oriented.
Noise – Music, TVs, and noise must not disturb others in complex.
Do not hang towels on balcony railing.
Debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster.
Linens are not lost or damaged.
Keys – Any lost keys will be a $25 charge.
Sand – WASH ALL Sand off before coming in condo. Extra sand throughout condo will incur extra cleaning charge.
Doors – Our sliding doors are used a lot. Please notify us if door comes off track or is broken. PLEASE do not slam sliding doors.
If you break something please notify us. Accidents do happen.
Parking – 2 cars per unit in parking lot. You will be issued 2 passes upon arrival. Cars without pass are subject to getting towed.
Observe beach warning signs.
Please stay off sand dunes and do not pick sea-oats. Both are against the law.
We want you to have a great vacation but please treat our property as if it were your own. Thank you and and have a great vacation!
Check out for Crystal View is at 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise arranged.
Check-out procedure is also listed on Refrigerator in Condo.
-Please take all sheets and pillow casings off beds and lay them on floor next to bed
-Take ALL trash to dumpster at the end of parking lot
-Do not leave any food in refrigerator or freezer
-Load and start dishwasher
-Sand please do not leave sand throughout the condo.
-Leave any keys on kitchen counter
-Call cleaning service and tell them time you are leaving.
CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival do not owe Balance Due. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the security deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
Hurricane Policy: In the event of a hurricane warning for Destin we will issue a prorated refund.
MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel ninety (90) days prior to arrival. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least sixty (60) days prior to arrival.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to ten (9) persons.
NON-INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates do no include transfers or transportation.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – Linens and bath towels are available in the condo however, daily maid service is not included. Pool and Beach towels not included.
RATE CHANGES – Rates are subject to change until your deposit is received.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental
money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must
be approved in writing in advance.
This condo is privately owned; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises of this facility. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
